課程概述

風險無所不在,企業從生產製造到營運管理,都必須要控制與管理風險,尤其近年來企業經營的外在環境存在著愈來愈多的不確定性,更是需要強化風險控管的觀念。本課程主要將介紹企業從生產製造到營運管理的規劃與執行過程中,所可能遭遇到的風險認定、評估、分析與處理方法,詳細課程內容將包括介紹企業營運的不確定性、風險及風險管理的定義、風險識別、風險評估、工程風險、工程經濟以及一些風險控管的技術,其目的是希望學生能具備風險管理應有的知識與技術,並能以系統工程的觀點來解決企業營運中所可能面臨的各種風險。
The objectives of risk management are to maximize the likelihood of favorable outcomes, and to minimize the likelihood of unfavorable outcomes. Aiming to manage risk and reliability of process plants, this course has the following features:
1. Provides a source for reasonable understanding across the whole field of risk management and risk assessment.
2. Focuses on the how, what, and why of risk management using a consistent and well organized writing style interspersed with case studies, examples, exercises, as well as end matter.
3. Fills a need in the area of risk assessment and risk management in the process and chemical engineering industry as an essential multi-audience reference/resource tool, useful to managers and students

依個人研究經驗,讓工程學系學生瞭解風險評估方法與風險管理,並指出各種可能的應用領域。 
課程要求
除教師解說外,學生需分組參與報告與討論。
